Personal data processing is conducted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”), the Personal Data Processing Act, and Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, as amended.

Processor: The entity that processes personal data on behalf of the controller based on the law or authorization from the controller, under a personal data processing agreement (also referred to as “business partner” or “partner”);

You are not subject to any decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which would have legal effects on you or similarly significantly affect you. Processed cookie files can be divided according to validity into:
